How can I pass control of my PC to a remote attendee while web conferencing »

To pass control of your screen to another meeting attendee, right-click on the attendee in the participant window and select from the menu: Screen Sharing / View and Control.*

*Holding down the Tab key for 3 seconds will revoke the user�s screen sharing rights to control your screen.

How do I view an attendee�s computer screen while web conferencing »

To view another attendee�s PC screen, simply right-click on that attendee from the participant panel and select: Launch Services/ Screen Sharing / View User�s Screen.

Can I remotely control another person�s computer screen »

To view and control another attendee�s PC screen, simply right-click on that attendee from the participant panel and select: Launch Services/ Screen Sharing / View User�s Screen w/ Control.

How do I make adjustments to improve the color scale »

Once you are logged into IMConferencing, go to Meeting Options / Options / Screen Sharing / select good, better or best / click OK.
