To pass control of your screen to another meeting attendee, right-click on the attendee in the participant window and select
from the menu: Screen Sharing / View and Control.*
*Holding down the Tab key for 3 seconds will revoke the user’s screen sharing rights to control your screen.
To view another attendee’s PC screen, simply right-click on that attendee from the participant panel and select: Launch
Services/ Screen Sharing / View User’s Screen.
To view and control another attendee’s PC screen, simply right-click on that attendee from the participant panel and select:
Launch Services/ Screen Sharing / View User’s Screen w/ Control.
Once you are logged into IMConferencing, go to Meeting Options / Options / Screen Sharing / select good, better or best / click OK.
