Log into IMConferencing with your username and password and click on Invite / enter the email address of your online meeting invitee
and select OK. An auto-generated email invitation will be sent requesting the recipient click a URL provided and enter their
First Name / Last Name / Email Address which upon completion, will bring them into your online meeting.

To launch an online meeting from the messenger with an existing and available contact or group, simply right-click on the contact
or group and select Start Meeting from the menu options. An online meeting session with you as the moderator will open for
everyone selected.

Active Integration allows you to use IMConferencing with Internet Explorer and other public messenger services. To start Active
Integration go to All Programs /LiveOffice /Active Integration. A new menu option “IMConferencing” will now appear in your
chat window, select Start Meeting and an online meeting URL will be sent via chat requesting the recipient click the URL
provided and enter their First Name / Last Name / Email Address which upon completion, will bring them into your
online meeting.

You can create a “Public Meeting” within your Web-Manager and schedule it for the immediate time. By starting the newly
created meeting you will be able to then provide any online meeting attendee your company’s Web-Manager URL to join from
the Public Meetings page.

Where can I find the online meeting ID » |
|
The online meeting ID will be located in the yellow tab of the participant window. You can use this meeting ID to get attendees
into your active online meeting manually from the Join Meeting function in the attendee client.
