Yes. During any web conferencing session, you can deliver your presentation with thumbnail and note views as well as the slide itself. Your online meeting attendees will only see the full slide view. The thumbnail view allows you to present slides in non-sequential order and note view includes any notes input in your PowerPoint�.

The presentation will upload, convert and inform you when completed. Processing time is dependent upon file size but is generally between twenty seconds and five minutes.

Yes. Once you have uploaded the presentation into your web conferencing account, it will remain in your online storage for future online meetings. If you would like to remove a file, simply highlight the file from your presentation files and select Delete.
