Hi-Definition Video Conferencing: is a multipoint, desktop video conferencing service that uses custom technology to provide robust, high-resolution video service.

Best used for: Face-to-face meetings since the video will be received in the main work area of IMConferencing and allow you to expand the video conferencing window to full screen mode.

System Environment: Windows 98, 2000 or XP with broadband connection.

Standard Video Conferencing: is another multipoint video service but is less bandwidth intensive and displays in the participant panel located in the top left of the web conferencing interface. This video conferencing service will allow for face-to-face video conferencing also allowing users to work and collaborate with other web conferencing services in the main work area.

Best used for: Collaborative sessions and instances where video conferencing is only one of the web conferencing services utilized during your online meeting.

System Environment: Windows 98, 2000 or XP with broadband connection.
